I would like to introduce to you the newest addition to my subscription addiction. The Graze box ~ snacking reinvented. This cool service sends you snack samples at $6.00 per box as often as once a week, every other week, monthly or customized to your desire. Graze offers both regular and healthy boxes but both seem to be healthy regardless. The first box is free and so is the fifth. Honestly I probably spend more than $6.00 per week on snacks, so this is a winning situation. Another cool aspect is that you can customize what kind of snacks you get. For example, I’m a total wimp with anything spicy, so I customized my profile so I will never get spicy snacks. You can rate items with love, like, hate and really make this an experience you can enjoy. I also like that each snack is individually packaged and easily portable to enjoy anywhere, though I tend to eat mine all at once out of too much excitement. Each box comes with a nutritional guide and badge key so you know what health benefits are bundled inside. The only downside so far is that I never received my second box though I was charged. Graze passed the credit along to a future box and my account shows that my fourth box will be free. Since I’ve been on hiatus, I unfortunately did not blog about my first box but I can tell you it was good enough for me to sign up weekly. And of course the missing second box is, well, missing. So I would like to debut my third Graze box.
Delicious! The salsa was sweet and thick, a delightful combination of cilantro and lime. The flax corn chips were super tasty and the most perfectly sized little triangle, I would buy this combo and enjoy it thoroughly. Here’s to wishing this sample was full size!
Flapjacks are my new all time favorites. The best little granola esque bar ever. This little brownie number did not disappoint and was cut into three little sticks, perfect for making this tasty treat last as long as your will power.
A dried fruit mix of green mango, lime raisins, and pineapple. I’ve never been one to seek out dried fruit though I’m always surprised when I like it. That didn’t happen this time. The lime was too much on the raisins and it was all just pretty yuck to me. I’m passing this little snack over to C.
Raspberry and Coconut Muffin:
A sweet little mix if raspberry cranberries, coconut, amaretti drops and almond slices and so good! I could see eating this as a healthy alternative to pastries in the morning. Light, sweet and a great source of vitamins and minerals!
